Happy Ash Wentz-day

No, I'm kidding. I just got that from a friend. Haha.

Here's the real one:

HAPPY ASH WEDNESDAY.

It's officially Lent.
And that means fasting and abstinence for 40 days.
Can we do it?

Lent also means the start of summer heat.
Bye bye cold weather.

I'm thinking of doing a sort of "Lent Resolution"
You know, something good to do for Lent. Like lessen the bad habits and stuff.

I can't think of any good deed to do this Lent yet. But I'll tell you when I do.
Any suggestions?
Then maybe I can document my efforts. haha!

Here's a fact for you:
Easter Sunday is on Brendon's birthday, April 12th.

Close to MY birthday. Woot.

So again,
HAPPY ASH WENTZ-DAY. :]

Today

Well, technically it would fall under yesterday. but whatever.

Oh yeah!
FYI.
Kieren = Sing It Loud vocalist
Peter = Peter

Then this one.
I'm not even sure if he'll really do it but i guess we'll just have to wait

Lastly, this one.
Eric Dill, you and your one-liners.
I missed it.

Update on my internet life. Stayed in front of the computer the whole afternoon.
Lameeeee.

When In Doubt

You can never go wrong. :)

Brunch

11:45am
I just woke up.
And set my agenda for today.

Today, I will be writing.
Because I woke up from this dream that is impossible not to write about.

Hopefully, I'll be able to use that laptop in my room. If not, I'll be doing it old style.

Pen and paper.

No Pete

Saturday

Feb 21 2009
Last day of my school fair.

Here is the list of people I invited:
  1. Dara
  2. Dana
  3. Margot
  4. Alpha
  5. Andy
  6. Cami
  7. Janella
  8. Madel
  9. Gaby
Was hoping for another boardie outing. But only Dana and Dara confirmed. :(

So here's how the day went:

In the morning, me and my sister gave the dogs a bath.
I love the way furry dogs look when they're wet. After that, I went to meet up with Dana and Dara at Valle Verde country club. When I got there, I was able to meet Dara's mom whom I think hates me because I was late. :[

When we got to my school, we found out that the fair was already over! As in they were putting the stalls down and the rides weren't working already. So what I did was give them a small tour of my school. They said my campus was big. LOL.

Hanging around at the fair that was absolutely over for a while, we got bored. So we decided to go to Podium.
Dont ask me how we got there, I will not tell you.
To our surprise, it was also boring as hell. No people and fun stuff to do.

We just killed time at the arcade. Played the bang bang games and the basketball thing. Then we used the tickets to get really weird stuff [jackstones, pick-up sticks and BAND AIDS (for dana.haha)].

Then they decided to go for the kiddie rides. Here they are. Too big for the taxi:

Because the Taxi couldn't bring us anywhere and after wasting money at the arcade, we just went around the mall. Looked inside shops and stuff.

We hung out at Starbucks in the latter part hoping to kill more time. We called Margot when we really had nothing to do. She was at a wedding reception when we called her.
It was after the Starbucks moment when we finally found something really fun to do.
We went around saying hi to random people to see their reactions. It was really really funny.
One more bad thing was, when we were really having fun, that was the time we had to go. :(

After dropping them off back at the Country Club,
Me, Ina and Sam went on a quest to find the perfect thing to eat for dinner. Road trippp!
It took us around 2 hours. Going to alot of different places and looking at different restaurants, we ended up eating in Burger King. Mushroom Swiss and apple juice! yum.

Fun and Tiring day. Very.

Friday

A little late on updates again. My apologies.

Friday, Feb 20 2009.
  • Mom left for HK with her friends for the weekend.

  • I watched Paul! Paul! the musical with my batchmates at the Meralco Theatre. It was my first time there mind you. To think it was supposed to be the Gala night. Some of my batchmates went in jeans. Gah. I felt overdressed.

  • left: Me and Andrea during the 10 minute intermission
  • center: Me and Erikka during the show
  • right: Me and Sir Kenchi after the show. I am so proud of him! He played the antagonist whose name I forgot.
The show started at around 7:15 I think and ended at around 10:30 because of our directress' speech.

Overall rating of the show? 8 out of 10 maybe? Haha. Not because I'm bitter towards it but because of the technical problems. The lapel mics were malfunctioning. Plus other reasons I choose not to mention.

The guy who played Paul Reyes was really good though. I love the way he sings.

Louie. He was there. Haha. He played the 'new leader' of the activist group.
Piece of advice Louie, dont sing! Haha. No offense though. You were still great. Congrats! I didn't even know you were in Paul Paul too. I thought Climax lang.

Sir Cy. DYARYO BOY! haha. Now I know what to tell you. If you tell me to dance, I'll tell you to sing!

Sir Vir. Awesomeeeeeee. Hahaha. See, I still saw you dance. --and sing.

Reg. Awesome ballerinaaaaaa. I saw you in the last act. You didnt know the other steps. muahahaha. But you were great!

To my other friends who were part of the musical: Jeca, Claire, Maronne, and etc, CONGRATS! You were all awesome! No lie.

After the show I went to metrowalk with Ina and Sam to buy dvds. Yeah!

Climax

Hi again.

Sorry for the heaping lack of updates. I have been wanting to update but my laziness has been getting the best of me. And Twitter can get really addicting.

We had our last play yesterday. the VERY LAST in our Highschool life, after 3 years of being together, this is where we part. because next year, all of us will be in college.

After all those months of rehearsals, our hard work really put off.
It was a full house. A lot of people watched. Our families, teachers and closest friends. They all loved it and showed all-out support. I can't thank them enough.

If you watched yesterday and are reading this right now, Thanks so much!!

To Dramatics level 4, Bert of Ateneo, Louie of La Salle, and Sir Kenchi, thanks for every moment. Happy or sad. I love you!
